Since speedy efforts have been made to send emergency relief materials to IDPs in Lay Kay Kaw where battles with military terrorists have been going on, ground staff of Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management, together with ethnic organisations who are members of Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Response Coordination Committee, have sent instant noodles, canned fish, oats, rice, edible oil, salt, dried fish, blankets, warm clothes and other emergency materials directly to IDPs. Moreover, humanitarian aid for IDPS in this area are continuously provided in coordinated efforts with other partner organisations.
